Catering & Amenities
We are pleased to offer a variety of in-house services to help make your event
seamless and memorable, including full catering options, drink service, linen rentals, and convenient sound-system hookups. Please note that these services are not included in the standard room rental fee.
If you choose to bring in your own outside caterer, we are happy to accommodate and will coordinate to help ensure everything runs smoothly. Please note that outside caterers are not permitted to cook in the kitchen. They may use the space only for storage and staging. Full kitchen access is reserved for The Heritage Center.
In-House Catering
Our catering team is composed of dedicated staff and volunteers who work together each day to provide quality service to our community. We are fortunate to have Edwin Fluevog as our evening and weekend chef, where he plays an important role in leading events and contributing to our overall success. Edwin joined the Heritage Center in the summer of 2025, bringing with him deep roots in the Leavenworth-Lansing community and a passion for creating thoughtful, comforting, and flavorful food. With a background in classical techniques, global cuisines, and sustainable kitchen practices, he emphasizes intentional cooking and meaningful ingredient use. In addition to his work here, he also serves as the Research and Development Chef at Flex Pro Meals.
Please note that, due to Edwin’s limited availability, he may not always be available for specific catering needs. When he is unavailable, the rest of our skilled catering team will do their best to support and fulfill your request.
