Room Rental & Packages 

Our event facility accommodates 20-350+ guests.

All rentals include room setup, tear down, cleaning, and an onsite attendant throughout your event.  4 rooms are available and can be rented individually or combined for expanded options. 

Event Spaces: 

Kansas Room - 1,900 sq. ft. (up to 100 guests)

  • Versatile space suited for a wide range of events

  • Includes its own kitchenette and restrooms 

  • Can also be paired with Banquet Room and/or Craft Room 

​Craft Room - 700 sq. ft. 

​

  • Ideal for small groups, clubs, games, or use as a dressing/green room

  • Available on weekdays only unless rented with other rooms. 

Sun Room - 600 sq. ft.

  • Perfect for small meetings or study groups 

  • Includes its own kitchenette

  • Weekday availability only. 

Banquet Room - 5,000 sq. ft. (up to 250 seated guests)

  • Ideal for large meals, receptions, and stage events. 

  • Features an elevated, lit stage, state of the art audio hookups, excellent acoustics, and a recessed projection screen. 

  • A full kitchen is available for in-house catering or external meal-preparation services (additional fee applies). Outside caterers may use the kitchen for staging and storage only; cooking is not permitted. Full kitchen access is reserved solely for The Heritage Center.

  • Can be combined with the Kansas Room and/or Craft for expanded space.
