The Heritage Center has several multipurpose rooms to meet any of your event needs and offers the ability to host more than one event at a time or in a day. Our rooms are various sizes and have customized layouts to meet your needs. In-house catering, linen service and a sound system are available (customized pricing). Facility rental includes room set-up, tear down and cleaning, as well as an on-site attendant for the duration of your event. Our Center is fully handicap accessible and has ample free parking. We are located in historic downtown Leavenworth near the beautiful riverfront and convenient to several hotels and restaurants. Facility Rental
Planning an event? Contact us for Weddings, Proms, Receptions, Reunions, Meetings, Birthday Parties, Socials and other events! No matter the size of your event, we can offer you the perfect setting at a reasonable price. We can accommodate anywhere from 20-350+ people. |
Event Catering
We will gladly give you a quote to provide refreshments or to cater meals for your event, subject to availability. Linen service is also available for table covers and napkins. We are here to take the stress out of your event! |
Rooms Currently Available for Event Rental:
Banquet Room (5,000 Sq. Ft.) can accommodate up to 250 people seated for a meal. The large, elevated stage has lights and state-of-the-art audio hook-ups with excellent acoustics, as well as a large recessed projection screen. The full kitchen will enable preparation of full course meals for in-house catering or for assistance with your own meal provisions (for an additional fee). The Banquet Room can be used along with the Kansas Room &/or Craft Room to create even more event options.
Kansas Room (1,900 Sq. Ft.) can accommodate up to 100 people and is ideal for many kinds of events. This room has its own kitchenette and restrooms (included in room rental). This room can also be used along with the Banquet Room &/or the Craft Room to create even more options.
Craft Room (700 Sq. Ft.) is great for smaller groups, whether that be a club meeting, a game or card group, or as a dressing/green room to our larger rooms.
Sun Room (600 Sq. Ft.) is a perfect choice for a small group to meet or study together. This room also has its own kitchenette.
